If you do not have a smart phone, you can sign up with your server in-store or on the Broadway Pizza® website.
How much does it cost to join? How do I earn rewards & when do they expire?
Cost: The Broadway Pizza® Rewards App is free to join!
Earn Points: Get 1 point for every $1 spent.
Get Rewarded: Accumulate 100 points to receive a $5 reward for your next purchase.
Reset: Your point balance resets after every 100 points earned to 0.
Expiration: Rewards are redeemable for 30 days.
What are the benefits to joining?
Aside from earning reward points for every $1 spent, we also send out a welcome offer, a birthday surprise & monthly deals. To recieve all the benefits, upon signing up, you must check the box “Subscribe to receive exclusive email offers” & enter your birth month & day. If you are already signed up & you're not recieving your extra offers, go into your account settings in the app & add any information that is missing.
Are my points transferrable?
There is no way to transfer or redeem your rewards unless the order is placed on your rewards account.
Are rewards stackable with other offers & rewards?
Rewards are stackable with all other offers & rewards.
I need to make changes to my account information, What do I do?
Changes can be made on the "account" page in your app. On the account page you have the option to change your profile settings, address, phone number, subscriptions, etc.
How to redeem rewards?
Order on your app or give your server the phone number associated with your account & redeem your rewards at your discretion.
I need to add an order or I’m missing reward points. What do I do?
Once your order is complete, if your rewards were not added at the time of the sale, you can bring your receipt into your favorite location to have the points manually added using your phone number associated with your rewards app.
I forgot or need to change my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot My Password” under login box & follow the prompts to change your password using the email associated with your rewards account.
