How do I sign up?
Download the Broadway Pizza® Rewards App on the App Store or Google Play
I need at add a visit or I’m missing reward points. What do I do?
Once your order is complete, if your rewards were not added at the time of the sale, you can bring your receipt into your favorite location to have the points manually added using your phone number associated with your rewards app.
I forgot or need to change my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot My Password” under login box & follow the prompts to change your password using the email associated with your rewards account.
How to redeem rewards?
Order on your app or give your server the phone number associated with your account & redeem your rewards at your discretion.
Do my points expire?
Rewards points expire 30 days after awarded.
Are rewards stackable with other offers and/or rewards points?
Rewards are stackable with all other offer & rewards points.
How do I sign up for my birthday offer & other exclusive offers?
When you sign up you must check the box “Subscribe to receive exclusive email offers”. If you are already signed up, go into your account settings (3 lines top left on your home page) & check the box “Receive Exclusive Offers”.
