Getting There

From I-694 North:
Go south on E-94. Take the Broadway Ave. exit and go left at the light on to Broadway Ave. Stay on Broadway (you are going east) to the 3rd light, look for the Caboose and go left (north) on West River Road. We are on the left up the hill. If you cross the river you passed us and the Caboose.

From I-494 and 35W South:
Go north on 35W to 94, take 94 north through the tunnel and take the Broadway Ave. and Washington Ave. exit to the stoplight. Go left (north) at this light and you are on Washington Ave. Proceed to the next stoplight which is Broadway and go right (east). Continue on Broadway and at the 2nd stoplight look for the Caboose and take a left (north) on West River Road. We are on the left up the hill. If you cross the river you passed us and the Caboose.

From I-394 West:
Go east on 394 to 94. This is a left turning ramp that takes you north on 94. The first exit is Broadway Ave. and Washington Ave. Take this exit to the stoplight and go left (north) on Washington. Proceed to the next stoplight which is Broadway and go right (east). Continue on Broadway and at the 2nd stoplight look for the Caboose and take a left (north) on West River Road. From the Rosedale area East:
Take Hwy. 36 West to South 35W. Take 35W south to the 94 exit. Exit off and continue around the perimeter of Downtown Minneapolis, go through the tunnel and continue north on 94. Broadway Station^® has a simple solution - book one of our banquet facilities for your next event! We have two rooms (up to 200 people) available for any time of the day or evening.

The cost is affordable as well. $50 will get you the room if you order less than $200 in food - more than $200 will get you the room for FREE! Don't worry about the service, either. Broadway Station^® has been around for 45 years and we know how to plan these events and treat the participants. You don't even have to worry about set-up or clean-up; we'll take care of everything to your specifications!

Banquet Policies

Room rental is $50.00 per room, unless food and beverage bill exceeds $200.00, in which case the $50.00 may be waived.

Absolutely no outside food or beverage is to be brought into the building. Management may grant an exception in the case of wedding cakes, etc.

Management reserves the right to control the environment. Background music and televisions are provided; no live or formatted music source is permitted. These include, but are not limited to: tape or CD players, disc jockeyed entertainment, and live performers.

The serving of alcoholic beverages will be done in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Last call shall be given one half hour before restaurant closing or whenever management deems necessary.

Damages to Broadway Station^® will be the responsibility of the persons signing for the room. The use of decorations should not damage walls, ceilings, woodwork, etc.
