Celebrate your birthday at Broadway Pizza® with a “Create Your Own Pizza Party!”
We prefer that all kids birthday parties be booked 7 days in advance.
Cost per child: $6.49
Each Child Will Receive:
- One Buddy/Solo Pizza
- Option #1: Create Your Own
- Option #2: 1-Topping*
- One Sundae
- One Soda** (**1919 Root Beer Extra)
- Balloon
- Special Surprise for B-day Child
NOTE:If b-day child is a member our b-day club and they bring in their b-day post-card, they will get their meal free and will not have to pay the $6.49.
How it works:
- We prefer that all kids birthday parties be booked 7 days in advance.
- *Create Your Own Pizza Parties are available 1pm-4pm daily.
- The 1-topping buddy pizza option is available by reservation. Please call restaurant nearest you.
- Parent should download and fill out this registration form and fax to restaurant nearest them. (Click here for location nearest you).
- All children participating must be age 10 & younger to participate. All other participants may order off our regular dine-in menu.
